Frequently asked question's :

Q: Do I sleep during Hypnosis?

A: No, Your eyes will be closed but you can not be asleep during hypnosis because you will need to continuously speak to the practitioner.

Q: Will I remember what I say during my session?

A: In previous years most people would remember only small parts of their hypnosis experience. But now with the "veil thinning" more people today might remember the entire session. But like dreams they will start fading away as time goes by. That is why we record every session.

Q: Will I loose control while I'm hypnotized?

A: No. Actually you will be IN control of the whole session. The entire session is up to you, and will not go beyond your boundries.

Q: What if I do not wake up?

A: Since you will NOT be sleeping, you will not need to worry about this. Hypnosis is just a different state of being -called the theta state. We go through this twice a day - right before we fall asleep and right before we wake up. So it is 100% natural and harmless.

Q: What if i make up the whole session?

A: Many people will think they made up most of the regression. But these are scenes that are created by your mind and will help you get answers.

Q: Will I get healing?

A: Just like when you go to a doctor there is never a 100% guarantee that you will heal. But it is important to find out WHY you

are having the discomfort. Most of the time there are underlying issues that need to be solved. And once you solve and understand why they are occuring then you will get your healing. There is a quote I'd like to share :

If you're lucky, your healing will come in the form you anticipate. If you're really lucky, your healing will come in a form you've not even dreamed of - one which the Universe specifically has in mind for you. - Eric Pearl

Q: Is it the practitioner that will be healing me?

A: The practitioner is only the facilitator. All healing is self healing. Nothing is beyond the realm of possibility. There are no limitations, except the limits of your own imagination.

Q: Should I meditate?

A: Yes. Meditation holds a surprising number of health benefits, including stress reduction, improved attention, better memory, and even increased creativity and feelings of compassion. Meditation is the art of silencing the mind. When the mind is silent, concentration is increased and we experience inner peace. This inner peace is what attracts so many people to meditation and is a quality everyone can benefit from.

Q: What if I am NOT VISUAL?    (Written by a fellow QHHT Practitioner Lorna Wilson)

A:

Some people believe that since they are not visual or think they cannot visualise that means that they cannot have a successful session Quantum Healing session.

Perhaps you are one of these.

If that is the case you may be surprised to discover that you do not have to ‘see’ anything to have a great session or receive clarity from your subconscious mind. The further on you read, the more you'll begin to understand that we are all capable of getting information through our sensory perceptions without needing to label how this occurs.

It’s easy to confuse ‘seeing’ through an inner awareness with how we experience ‘seeing’ physically when using our eyes. Imagine how it can be to have the necessary answers you need just popping into your mind without knowing how that happens. As you read this, pause for a moment and allow yourself to drift back in time to a wonderful day where you had so much fun and felt very happy...now, allow all those details to surface. How did you do that?

Can you remember the smell of your favourite meal being cooked, or something delicious being baked? How about the smell of fresh coffee brewing? Can you remember your first crush or the feeling of your first kiss? Can you remember the sound of your favourite song or some music that you really love being played? Think back to a time when you were little and you were excited about a special event you were looking forward to, and now allow yourself to imagine achieving something in the future that you are really looking forward to.....

How did these memories surface, without you having to do anything more than allowing them to come to mind? The less you analyse the process the freer you are to have your mind work for you in surprising ways beyond any imagined limitations. What if you I told you that it is this simple to access information through your subconscious memories? It is not that you have to prove to yourself that you are ‘visual’; it is merely a matter of allowing the memories to surface it whatever way that they do. Some of our memories are so deeply buried that only through relaxation or something triggering them such as a smell or similar feeling are they able to surface.

Are you beginning to see how vast the possibilities are for you to receive impressions in your own way without labelling how you do it? Your unconscious mind has a vast store of personal information that can help you when you allow yourself to relax to release them. You never know what is beneath the surface of your conscious awareness, yet still your mind remembers all of the significant moments in your life. You mind like a computer file stores this information as data that can be accessed easily through hypnosis or deep relaxation. The paradox of the senses allows you absorb a lot of information daily, but only brings to your conscious awareness what is relevant for your day to day needs.

Memories are compressed ‘packages’ of information that are linked to your emotions, a time and a place, or how you felt when they originally happened. It is primarily this original feeling that seals this information into your history of ‘memories’, therefore your memories are always subjective. Now, let this sink in for a moment and you’ll discover that whenever a similar feeling is later felt it compounds on the original cause creating belief systems that can affect you in adverse ways with its need to further reinforce these ‘facts’. All or our likes and dislikes have a history somewhere in time; this is an example of how phobias originate without our conscious awareness of why we have them.

By knowing this information you can see that you can have a successful session since we are all capable of storing memories, therefore by default we are able to access them. These subconscious memories and their originating causes can be brought to your conscious awareness but what is important is that you allow yourself to relax and trust in this natural process.

Now you are free to picture yourself having a wonderfully insightful and successful session.
